Again last month in April, the Executive Director of MAYEIN, Edem Dorothy Ossai, led members of her team to pay a courtesy visit and present an ‘Icon of Service’ award to Chief Mrs. Grace Oluwatoye, a foremost leader and role model in development practice in South West, Nigeria. Spanning a professional career in nursing, to running community health, women’s empowerment, youth life-skills as well as environmental sustainability initiatives, Chief Mrs. Oluwatoye – the founder of Life Builders Organisation, has contributed over 50 years of service to the growth of the human social development index in Nigeria.
