Founder& Executive Director

Edem is a Lawyer and  Development practitioner working at the intersections of education, youth and  gender issues. Following active years in legal practice, in 2011, she founded  MAYEIN, to promote equal opportunity education, positive youth development  and gender empowerment.

Ewaoluwa Orowale

Chief Operating Officer

Ewaoluwa carries out oversight  functions at MAYEIN and doubles as the Gender Lead for the Organization. With  prior senior leadership experience in the office of the Special Adviser to the Oyo  State Governor on Student Affairs, she is tasked with ensuring that programs and  all operations at the organization run smoothly.

Oripeloye Motunrayo

Head of Programs

Motunrayo works with  MAYEIN as the Head of programs. A graduate of psychology and an associate of the Nigerian Institute of Project Management, she is responsible for driving key positive youth development programs of the organization.
